SUN workstations and components are covered by our comprehensive 24 month warranty.
This is for all of our products including our Certified Pre-Owned Equipment.
It's like having a 36 month service contract at no charge!
GSH is committed to giving our clients the highest quality, longest term warranty in the industry.
All of our equipment is fully tested prior to shipment.
We are confident through our Quality Assurance Program that when you receive your equipment,
it will be ready to go without any problems, and will remain that way through the life of its service.
In the event that a warranty claim is necessary,
we ask you to contact our corporate office at for a Returns Authorization.
We will advance ship the replacement hardware to you.
We then ask you to return the defective hardware to us in the shipping materials provided with your advance replacement.
GSH assumes all shipping charges.
Our ultimate goal is to offer you minimal downtime and no associated cost.
